Knowledge Retrieval System enables you to:

Knowledge Analysis and Management

Starpond has created a system to aid in the analysis of terrorist networks. We call it the Threat Management System (TMS), created to specifically solve problems related to the analysis and tracking of terrorist organizations. TMS melds together commercial off-the-shelf components with applied science to provide cutting-edge tools to those tasked with keeping the United States secure against terrorist threats. TMS is a computer-based system designed to facilitate various tasks related to the analysis of terrorist networks. Unlike existing commercial software that is often re-tasked for the intelligence community, TMS has been purpose-designed from the ground up to specifically solve problems related to the analysis and tracking of terrorist organizations.

Driven by a relational database and a powerful library of network, social network, and statistical routines, TMS provides tools to better understand and track networks such as terrorist organizations. Additionally, the system incorporates various visualization and scenario techniques that allow the user to visually understand the makeup of the network, and perform what-if analysis.

The Threat Management System is a high-performance system designed from the ground up to manage and analyze data relating to threat networks. TMS incorporates:
